Job Description: We're on the lookout for an exceptional Co-Founder with deep expertise in operations to play a pivotal role in our journey of transforming the salestech sector. Compensation Model: Our compensation model is equity-based, reflecting our belief in shared success. While basic pay will begin once the company records revenue or raises its first funding, equity ownership offers a stake in Coactng's exciting journey.

  • Equity-Based Compensation: You will have the opportunity to receive equity in the startup you will be working with. Your ownership stake will be outlined in the specific contract for that project. Here's how it works:
  • Our Startup Creation Model: At Coactng, we embark on the journey of building startups with zero capital. We begin with a passionate team, a groundbreaking idea, and a drive for innovation. As a pioneer employee and founding team member, your journey will initially involve working with us on an equity-based compensation model.
  • Milestone-Based Funding: Once we create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and generate traction, which may include revenue, user growth, and idea validation, the startup is pitched to our network of investment partners, comprising Venture Capitalists (VCs) and angel investors. These partners provide funding ranging from $5,000 to $25,000, depending on the project's potential.
  • Basic Salary and Equity: Upon securing investment, pioneer employees and founding team members will begin to receive a basic salary. The amount will be dependent on the funding received and the startup's growth trajectory. Additionally, your compensation will include equity in the startup.
  • Exploring Further Funding: As the startup continues to grow, we will actively seek further funding opportunities with the aim of raising $100,000 and above. The availability of funding will depend on the traction generated and the viability of the business.
  • Equity Ownership and Exit Options: It's important to note that the startup is collectively owned by equity-based team members, Coactng, and investors. As an equity-based team member, you have the option to explore exit opportunities at any time by selling back your equity to the company.
