Role Overview: As a Community Manager at Coactng, you will be at the forefront of fostering engagement, building relationships, and ensuring a vibrant community within our platform. You will play a crucial role in connecting entrepreneurs, startup enthusiasts, and industry experts. Your mission is to create an environment where ideas flourish, collaboration thrives, and meaningful connections are formed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Building: Actively engage with Coactng users, foster a sense of community, and facilitate discussions on startup-related topics.
2. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content to share within the community, including startup success stories, industry insights, and relevant news.
3. Event Management: Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person events, webinars, and networking sessions to enhance community interaction.
4. Member Support: Provide assistance and support to community members, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive user experience.
5. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from community members to understand their needs and preferences, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and building communities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
