Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Content and Community Manager to join our passionate team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our community of founders, talents, advisors, and investors. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content, fostering meaningful interactions, and enhancing the overall user experience on the Coactng platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Coactng's mission and values. Create and curate content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and more.
  • Community Engagement: Build and manage a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, founders, talents, advisors, and investors. Foster engagement through discussions, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Generate high-quality content that educates, informs, and inspires our community. This includes articles, case studies, interviews, webinars, and other forms of content.
  • Social Media Management: Manage Coactng's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, timely updates, and engagement with the audience. Monitor trends and respond to user inquiries.
  • Event Planning: Organize and promote virtual and in-person events, webinars, workshops, and meetups that provide value to our community.
  • User Support: Provide support and assistance to users, addressing inquiries and helping them navigate the Coactng platform effectively.
  • Community Growth: Implement strategies to grow the Coactng community, including outreach, partnerships, and referral programs.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics and content performance. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve user satisfaction.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in content creation, community management, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing best practices.
  • Ability to foster meaningful online communities and drive user engagement.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
