Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and skilled Product Designer to join our innovative team. As a Product Designer at Coactng, you will be a key player in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of our portfolio startups. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, turning concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, founders, and development teams to understand project goals and user requirements.
- Transform ideas and concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop user flows and journey maps to optimize the overall user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for continuous design improvement.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance design processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing for mobile applications and proficiency in responsive web design.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
