Key Responsibilities:

• Team Building: Participate in building and managing a technical team as the company grows. Recruit and lead developers, engineers, and technical experts.
• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality assurance, testing, and security. Ensure the platform's reliability, scalability, and security.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in design and development, integrating innovation into our processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical leadership, software development, and product delivery.
• Proficiency in web and mobile application development technologies, such as front-end and back-end frameworks.
